You are responsible for:

Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually).
Free Trials: If you sign up for a free trial, you’ll be charged automatically once the trial period ends unless canceled before the renewal date.
Cancellations: You may cancel anytime from your dashboard or by contacting [email protected].
Refunds: Payments are non-refundable except where required by law or at our sole discretion in special cases.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and technology used in QovaConnect—including text, graphics, logos, icons, software, and designs—are owned by or licensed to QovaConnect.

You may not:

Copy, modify, or reproduce any portion of our platform.
Reverse-engineer or extract source code from our software.
Use QovaConnect’s name, logo, or content for marketing without written permission.

4. User Data and Privacy

By using our Services, you agree that we may collect and process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your customer data but grant QovaConnect a limited license to use it only as necessary to operate the Service.

5. Service Availability

We strive to keep QovaConnect available 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may temporarily suspend access for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen technical issues. QovaConnect is not liable for losses caused by downtime, data loss, or connectivity failures.

6. Third-Party Services

QovaConnect may integrate with third-party applications (e.g., Twilio, Stripe, Mailgun). Your use of such integrations is subject to those third parties’ own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their actions or failures.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

QovaConnect and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to QovaConnect in the past 12 months.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold harmless QovaConnect, its owners, and employees from any claims, damages, or losses resulting from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or any misuse of the platform.

9. Termination

You may stop using QovaConnect at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in fraudulent activity. Upon termination, your access to QovaConnect will be disabled, but certain obligations (like payment of outstanding fees) will remain in effect.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Changes take effect upon posting the revised version on our website. Continued use of the Services after updates indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
